Shipping
We operate multiple fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure timely delivery for our customers across the globe. Our fulfillment locations include the US, EU, UK, and Canada, and your order will be shipped from the nearest center based on your location.
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after being placed. Shipping times vary by destination, generally taking 5-10 business days. Deliveries to locations outside the US, EU, UK, and Canada may require additional time. Please note that holidays and peak seasons may also affect processing and shipping times.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges for all customers in the United States and around the world!
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at gotsillystuff@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, United States orders will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: we are only able to refund you for the price of the products purchased. You will not be refunded for the shipping cost of your initial order.
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:

You entered the incorrect address. (If you did enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately and if you do so before we ship your order, we can change it for you).

You ordered the wrong size. You can still exchange for the correct size, however.

You forgot to use a promo code.

The product is damaged or altered in any way.

It has been over 7 days since you received your item.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it fit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

The product must be in its original packaging or in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem it fit.
Exchanges may be denied for the following reasons:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
